Three Ways to Build an All-Mountain Ski
Stöckli separates its all-mountain collection into three families. Montero is frontside-biased for strong carving with extra width for changing piste conditions. Stormrider moves farther toward freeride terrain with rocker, flotation and mixed-snow capability. Nela delivers women-specific all-mountain and freeride performance in lighter constructions.
This guide includes only current 2026–2027 models represented on SkiSharp: five Montero skis, four Stormrider skis, the Nela 86 and the Nela 93.

Montero vs. Stormrider
Choose Montero when groomed-slope precision is the priority and you want added width for changing resort snow. These models remain frontside focused.
Choose Stormrider when trees, powder, mixed terrain and off-piste performance matter as much as groomer capability. The 88 is the quickest and most frontside-friendly, while the 95, 102 and 108 add progressively more flotation.
Where Nela Fits
The Nela 86 and Nela 93 are women-specific all-mountain/freeride skis. The Nela 86 is the more versatile everyday resort choice. The Nela 93 adds more width and flotation for women who spend more time in powder, tracked snow and off-piste terrain.
Technology and Factory Tune
Across the current all-mountain collection, Stöckli uses technologies such as Flex Torsion Control, Tip and Tail Flex, Powder Rocker, Freeride Tail, Polywall, Solid Metal Edge Light, Thin Glass Laminate and Titanal Technology Pro. The exact package varies by model.
